From the 95th BG Memorials Foundation Facebook page:

With heavy hearts, the Memorials Foundation and the Heritage Association report that Harry W. Redding of Glendale, AZ, left formation at age 94 on 21 July 2015. Harry was a 412th co-pilot. Folded wings.

Mr. Redding was born in Allentown, PA, on 17 February 1921. He flew with the 95th aboard George Austin’s crew. Harry continued serving his country after the war and spent a total of 36 years in the Air Force. As his family wrote in his obituary, “Harry led an exemplary life. He was a devoted Military Officer, and a wonderful role model for his family. Known also as a ‘True Gentleman’ and accomplished artist, he was a respected and adored Husband.” Because of his interest in art, Harry volunteered for over 20 years at the Sun Cities Art Museum (AZ).

Harry is survived by his wife Karen; daughter Niki (Enrique) Lamas; stepchildren Teresa (Kenneth) Lowe, John (Patricia) Reinhold, and Heidi Abdul; seven grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

Services were held at the Sunland Chapel in Sun City on Friday, 28 August 2015 at 10:30 A.M. Military honors followed at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ. The family requests that memorials be made to your favorite charity.

Harry's widow, Karen, told me that instead of writing about his 95th BG missions, Harry put them on canvas.  They are still on the funeral home website for those of you who wish to see them.
